The battle over NY state’s bulk virgin refrigerant sales prohibition continues. After the NY courts ruled that the state’s refrigerant bans were legal, AHRI and HARDI filed appellate briefs to take their lawsuit to the next level. In the meantime, the courts barred NY state from enforcing the ban until the appeal is resolved. What does that mean for you?
