Speaking of chicken counting, Florida Representative Dunn submitted a resolution to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce to rescind the ERR regs under the Congressional Review Act. The resolution could face stiff opposition by the Republicans who worked with the previous Trump administration to pass the AIM Act. Chemical manufacturers, reclaimers, equipment manufacturers, and a broad range of industry groups have a stake in seeing this resolution fail, so it will be interesting to see what happens over the next 60 days.
