The EPA is still accepting comments on the many petitions to “reconsider” the Technology Transitions Rule, mostly by companies that are out to swing things in their favor. Let the agency know what you think of all the proposed regulatory changes by submitting comments on them. The agency extended the original July 16th deadline for comments to August 1st at 11:59PM EDT. Once the official comment period is over, the EPA will issue a proposed “TTR reconsideration” regulation with the EPA’s changes.
