Refrigerant Management Training
All training should not be created equal. A food retail facility manager approaches refrigerant management differently than a service technician, and the required knowledge to perform those jobs is different. Our training program encompasses all aspects of refrigerant management, including compliance. Our trainings cover what you need to know – no more, no less. We use examples relevant to your everyday experiences and needs, because we understand the differing needs of every role in the industry and what your struggles are. See our upcoming online trainings below, or contact us about in-person group trainings or customized trainings specifically for you.
What’s Going on with the AIM Act Regulations?
November 13, 2025
11 AM – 1 PM MT (2 hours)
The AIM Act regulations are in a state of flux and trying to keep up with what’s going on is frustrating to say the least. We boil down and explain everything you need to know about all three parts of the regulation: the HFC Phasedown, the HFC Technology Transitions Regulation, and the Refrigerant Management and Reclamation Regulations. The AIM Act represents the biggest change to compliance since refrigerants first started being regulated in the 1990s, so it’s important to make sure you understand what the requirements are, how to comply with them, and practical consequences of the requirements for refrigerant end users.
The Chronically Leaking Appliance Rule
December 10, 2025
11 AM – 11:45 AM MT (.75 hours)
This training covers the EPA Chronically Leaking Appliance Rule under Section 608 and the AIM Act: what a chronically leaking appliance is, how to comply with the regulations, and most importantly how to avoid having to tattle on yourself to the EPA. It appears simple on paper, but it is more complicated that you think! This rule is the key to the EPA Enforcement Office’s list of bad actors, so it should also be a key element of any compliance program.
